Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my small creative business! I want you to love your purchase.  Please do read the product descriptions carefully before making your purchase. If something isn’t quite right with your order here’s how returns work:

 

Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Custom or personalised items (including bespoke calligraphy) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.​

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email me within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and I’ll sort it out right away.

 

Refunds

• Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Workshops & Digital Products

• Workshop bookings and workshop gift vouchers are non-refundable, but you may transfer your space to someone else if you can’t attend.

• Workshop gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. I teach approximately 10 adult Saturday afternoon workshops a year (often more) with website updates on class dates in January and June.  Please do only purchase a gift voucher if you think the recipient will be able to attend. Vouchers are non refundable, although they may be transferred to someone else and used before the expiry date.

• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
