Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting my small creative business! I want you to love your purchase. Please do read the product descriptions carefully before making your purchase. If something isn’t quite right with your order here’s how returns work:
Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Custom or personalised items (including bespoke calligraphy) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.​

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email me within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and I’ll sort it out right away.
Refunds

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Workshops & Digital Products

Workshop bookings are non-refundable, but you may transfer your space to someone else if you can’t attend.

Digital products are non-returnable once downloaded.
