Join me for a new half day workshop learning how to create beautiful lettering using brush pens in this modern, relaxed and informal style of calligraphy.
 
Modern calligraphy is creative and expressive way to letter - and using a brush tip even more so. In this workshops you will learn the calligraphy rules - and how to break them - to create your own unique, fun style with beautiful fine tip brush pens.
 
It’s all about enjoying the process - and without having pots of ink to contend with, a whole lot less messy! 
 
As well as guiding the whole class with demonstrations and instructions, I will be there to provide you with one-on-one tuition and troubleshooting any issues you may come across. A fine tip specialist brush pen, lettering guides, upper and lowercase alphabet templates, and calligraphy quote templates are all included + white card and a set of gift tags to complete your brush calligraphy final pieces.
 
Using the techniques you've learnt you will create your own beautifully hand lettered pieces you'll be proud of.
 
 
This is a new fine tip brush pen workshop for 2025 - They are one of the nicest and easiest pens to start learning fine brush calligraphy with, and are particularly good for writing gift tags, cards, table place names and invitations.
 
So if you fancy a half day of creating lovely lettering, or you have a specific event in mind you'd like to learn calligraphy for then this is the perfect opportunity. And with delicous home baked refreshments served throughout the session this is one to look forward to.
