The brief was to design a hand-lettered piece that contained the words 'Thank You' in 12 different languages. The translations and colour palette were provided, and worked with other articles and features on the page.

 

The piece had to be visually appealing to the reader, without forgoing any clarity - each language had to be clearly identified and legible.

I was commissioned alongside 8 other illustrators - each of us to create a page in our own style that was specifically aimed at children (and their parents) that was both informative and visually appealing.
